Our Reviews
Hunter Goat is the epitome of a car buying experience. You will always feel heard, respected, and familiar with him. He's knowledgeable without making you feel dumb, efficient, honest, none of the things you expect when you walk into a dealership.
They was real good until my 4 year warranty went out. I took my car in on Sept 22 for an oil change and with in 2to 3 weeks. My car was saying it needed a oil change. I had thought they just forgot to reset gage. But a week or 2 later my car started running hot. I called in and told Alec my car was running hot and the gage was saying I need an oil change but I had just got one not even a whole month ago he told me to park it and have it told to them. So I took it to my father Machanic and he noticed my over flow bucket was leaking so we replaced it. Then 2 days later it started running hot again. Took it back to my fathers Machanic a tub was leaking right at the tip he fixed that and he heard my motor clicking this time so he checked my oil and there was not no oil in my car. With me getting an oil change not even a whole month ago it should have been oil in my car. And oil change is just changing the oil because it’s dirty not because it’s empty. So when Bob Moore did my oil change they never replace all my oil back into my car. So after my dads Machanic put 4 quarts of oil in my car I left to go to work and before I can make it to work I was smelling antifreeze. So by this time I know my car so I knew they had xxxxed up more then my overflow bucket. Now there is another leak and my thermostat is stinking due to my car running hot due to know oil being in my car. So now I’m pissed because I’m putting money in my car to fix something that Bob Moore Machanic did. So I try to give them a chance to make it right. So I called Alec and told him that they forgot to put oil in my car and I had a Machanic put it in and he put 4 quarts in there so y’all didn’t put all my oil back into my car. So he told me to bring it in. When this man called me back to tell me about my car he said and his exact words was ma’am whoever you let put the oil in your car put 3quarts over in my car. I had thought he was playing so I asked him to repeat what he said and he had the nerve to say it again not knowing I took auto Machanic in school just so I could not get played about my car. So I asked him how in the xxxx do that even make sense. I told him the oil would have been all over my engine and I told him this is not the 77 year old women that’s name is on this car. My car is in my mothers name and they thought they was going to play my mother and have her speeding all this money because our warranty had just went out the month prior to getting an oil change. The day I got the oil change I had got my car diagnosed and wasn’t nothing wrong with my car but needing tires and brakes because I started getting my car looked at by Bob Moore every 3 to 6 months getting oil changed after I purchased it. and NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER had a problem with them until now. And I feel they did it because they want to get my car back to resale it and get me into a new car so they can get back into my pocket because my car is almost paid for. Today is January 13th and my car has been in the shop since a week before Halloween. It has been moved from Bob Moore to Bob Howard so they could give me a diagnosis and they did and I swear everything that’s wrong with my car has got to do with my car running hot from Bob Moore services DID NOT PUT OIL IN MY CAR. And I swear me paying to get my car fixed for a problem there service people done. Imma need all that back. I don’t like lawsuits or doing stuff like that but they left me no choice because I did take it back to them to make it right and they was trying to charge me almost 3000 dollars to fix what they xxxxed yup. Sad thing because they are a big dealership I wouldn’t have never thought this but I was told before not to take my car to get service there but I didn’t think this would happen..
Jeff Lara took exception care to treat me with respect and get me into the car I wanted and was an example for other salesmen to follow. I will come back to Bob Moore to buy from Jeff.
***DREAM CAR TURNED INTO NIGHTMARE** so back in 2021 I purchased a very nice 2017 z06 from a very nice sales guy named john very awesome person from the start, I'm from El paso Texas so I did my purchase over the phone, it's not the first time I buy online so I figured it be a smooth process since it was a vehicle from dealership, finance agent was Larry French and he was very nice at first, when I left I was told I would receive paperwork for car through mail, a few months later I received title but I couldn't register in the state of Texas so I went back and forth with Larry on situation for a few months almost a year, finally I was referred to George miller which is supposed to have more authority but I realized he just had more excuses, I went a few months about 6 months trying to get correct paperwork to reregister my car since I haven't been able to use for more than a year now, since I purchased the car it has been sitting in the garage, I asked for paper plates and they denied me, finally when I told them I would hire a lawyer they finally said they would be able to get proper documents but then I would have to pay a small fee of $500 I have sent them several text messages and emails, I have a lawyer now handling situation, I really wouldn't recommend to purchase here, especially if you are from a different state, I went from buying a dream car of mine(and not cheap) to having a very nice car in a garage for almost 2 years now, very disappointing, horrible customer service, my email is [email protected] in case any other families are dealing with same issues it would really help me out, thanks to bob Moore and George miller for all the wasted time
Dealership ran my credit and sold the car while we were trying to do a deal. Don’t recommend them!!
To whom it may concern, I would like to say Ms Venessa Taylor at Bob Moore Buick-GMC at 7410 NW EXPY OKC, was so helpful to me and went above and beyond my expectations. Ms Taylor, made sure I was kept updated on my car at all times. She is outstanding...very nice lady!!!
Faraz Was excellent great customer service towards the guest Mr. Jason and Catrina Smith in helping us get into a vehicle. We appreciate everything and will continue doing business with GMC.
I've purchased several new and used cars over the years and have had mostly stressful experiences where I stress for days afterwards wondering how I let someone take advantage of me. My experience buying a 2021 Buick Encore GX at Bob Moore was different. Terrance was my salesman and he was awesome. No pressure tactics. I felt that he genuinely wanted to help me find the best deal in my price range. With a dealer rebate I was able to get a new vehicle for less than the used ones I had shopped elsewhere. The finance department laid out my options but didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want. It was raining when I left and Terrance helped me transfer everything out of my trade in. 4 months later I needed a vehicle for my son on a tight budget. I called Terrance and told him what my needs were and he said he'd keep an eye out. In the meantime I saw a Nissan Altima for a great price at a different dealership in Norman. I talked to the internet salesman and traveled the 35 miles to be presented with the old bait and switch. The photos online didn't show that the passenger side of the car was badly wrecked, including damage to the wheels. I left once again discouraged by the car sales industry. 3 days later I got a call from Terrance. He just got a trade in that met my budget and my specifications. So I purchased my second vehicle in 4 months from Bob Moore and don't have any regrets.
Mr. Miller, made my buying experience the best. He held my car for me and even had it delivered all the way to Lawton. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who doesn't want to be played with.
I bought a new Sierra at Bob Moore Buick GMC yesterday! Great experience top to bottom! TC was my salesman & did a great job! Very informative & knows his trucks! General Manager George Miller was great & gave me a great deal! F&I was quick & painless & the rep was extremely helpful. Myles Young made a great delivery & taught me how to use all the features on my truck before I left! No pressure whatsoever! Got me in & out quickly, but everyone of these guys would have stayed til Midnight to help! Went back today to have a bed cover installed & Ryan, the Service Manager was extremely helpful... I've bought a few vehicles in my day & this was absolutely, by far, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had! Highly Recommended!!
Several weeks ago, Ryan assisted on a teleconference call with me and a prospective auto warranty policy company. I wanted opinion and confirmation that Ryan's service center did work with this company. Also, looking for feedback on any adverse issues. Ryan handled very well, he had to juggle conversation with me and with the company at the same time. Ryan was calm and forthright; I do appreciate that. It helped me with my decision during warranty shopping.
I purchased a preowned Buick Envision and had an issue with the rear climate control that was covered under a TSB. I took the vehicle to Bob Moore Buick to have the issue repaired under warranty. I found out it was a 10 hour job and required removing the entire dash. But when I picked the car up, everything looked like it did when I dropped it off, the issue was repaired, and everything worked as it was supposed to. I was also glad that I have not noticed any squeaks, rattles, or other noises - I was worried about that after they had to remove the dash. I was also glad Bob Moore Buick did not try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary services that are not required or recommended per the service schedule - I had this happen at different Chevrolet dealer when I had warranty work done. They recommended over $4,000 of "needed" repairs on a car with 50,000 miles. So glad to see not all dealers are this greedy. My Envision will be going back to Bob Moore Buick for any future factory repairs that are needed.
I actually bought a Kia next door, but had to use the Finance department at Bob Moore GMC. The guy they had me work with, Matt, turned an otherwise very positive experience into a horrible one! I talked to the GM at Kia (next door) immediately after concluding my business with Matt. Matt mislead us a number of ways...When I balked at the $10 lien fee, and I told him the $399 Doc Fee should cover that, he became indignant, and I told him I would walk out the door over that $10. He called someone, and then dropped the sales price $10 (but he didn't bother to tell me that...after that he would barely explain anything to me). I had also gotten pre-approval from TFCU the week prior, and TFCU told me I could finish the loan paperwork at this dealer, but Matt said he couldn't do that, and then tried to get me to sign a loan (at the same rate) with another loan company (except he didn't tell me that...he led me to think it was with TFCU.) When I called him on that, his attitude really went south, and I told him I did not trust him. I asked to see the head finance manager, but he wouldn't go get him (or her). This guy doesn't have a clue how to handle customer service, and quite frankly he needs some serious retraining. He should have excused himself once he saw I was upset and I could clearly see he was upset, but he didn't. I even told him I could see he was upset...but no, he pressed on, talking even less, and just asking me to sign one document after another...which at that point I read each document thoroughly, because (as I had told him earlier) I didn't trust him anymore. I also don't trust everything will go smoothly after this, and I fear it will continue to be a mess until I actually get the title. Bottom line--Bob Moore Kia was awesome, but Bob Moore GMC's finance team....run away from them! I wonder if Mark Moore (I assume he's still running the company?) is aware of what's going on at this dealership???
I had my GMC 2015 Terrain serviced oil & filter changed, rotate & balanced my tires! Ryan took care of my vehicle and was professional & quick! Highly recommend Bob Moore Buick GMC on Northwest Expressway Okc, Ok. Ask for Ryan
We went into Bob Moore GMC on NW Expressway recently to see about purchasing our fourth vehicle from them. Our salesman was Bobby Trumbley and he was very informative and helpful. Our experience was very pleasant because we didn't feel pressured. After we made the deal, we went into the office of Lanna Robinson in the finance department. She was very helpful in completing the process. We would definitely recommend for anyone planning to purchase a new vehicle to visit their dealership. We will continue coming to them in the future.
My rating for the sales department is fair to good. They showed me what they had to offer and I was satisfied with their efforts. The finance department just plain pissed me off for lying to me and trying to sneak in undisclosed warranties totaling over $2000. It wasn't enough they misled me to believing the extended mileage warranty was necessary to secure a decent interest rate which was totally rebuked by the financial institution that financed my purchase, and without disclosing it to me prior to, they added unnecessary warranties to cover issues that are of no consequence to me. The only saving grace was that after taking several hours, the finance department was able to get me a decent APR for my purchase. I believe that could have been accomplished no matter where I purchased my vehicle. Now I'm stuck with the extra payment whether I keep the warranty or cancel it. The sales department at least made an effort to give me another free tank of fuel due to my lack of satisfaction with the purchase experience. However, it will not result in changing my review or recommending anyone to go to Bob Moore to purchase a vehicle.
Overall service was great! Rick made a loaner care available for me so I could run errands and make doctor appointment. It was a great experience.
The service department as a whole is first class. Ryan and the crew were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from any Bob Moore dealership.
This dealership believes that customer service is job #1 No pressure only knowledge by "CB" with the product line during our Enclave purchase. My service advisor "Ryan" is always responsive to customer needs and answers my questions or quickly gets the answer from appropriate technician. My most recent trailer break system was installed and was back on the road quickly. The service department folks are professionals. L. FORTIER
Ryan has been very kind and friendly when helping me get the service I need for my car. I will continue to use bob moore buick to service my car. I feel confident in what they do and I'm very happy with the service I continue to recieve. Thank you Ryan!
We were in the market for a family vehicle and found a gem at Bob Moore! Jerry Elizardo & Chris Landoras worked with us on getting a great deal and made sure we got in and out since we drove 5.5hours from west Texas to see them.
Bought 2014 Serria last September, looked at the lot for an Aciadia for my Wife but nothing we really liked. Both occasions to the dealer ship were very pleasant. Spoke directly to the GM George Miller and he went out of his way to give us extra attention - GMC, Kia and CJD all recommended
I bought my 2015 GMC in July and what a fantastic fun experience in car buying. The team worked to get me a great Finance rate and just a pleasure to work with. Then there was a few things that needed service . Sparing the details of the needs, Rick Lloyd went above and beyond to insure that the repairs were taken care of efficiently and fast.. I have since returned for routine maintenance and Rick makes sure that things get done. I don't know that I would ever shop with anyone else
I made an appointment to see a 2012 suv. Drove 120 miles one way. The car would not even start. They said, well it ran two weeks ago. Really!!! After watching and waiting an hour and a half for them and the service department to get it started, I had to leave. They only needed to replace a dead battery, but were to cheap or something. Do business at your own risk. And if you need service, may I suggest going somewhere else
Notice salesmen that were at this location for years are now gone. Notice when you first pull into the dealership the salesmen run out like a bunch of desperate idiots. Why are they doing that? If you're even driving into the dealership for an oil change the salesmen are literally running to your car. Whoever the manager is that actually trained car salesmen to run after every car that pulls into the parking lot is a complete idiot. When I pull into a decent car dealership the salesmen at least wait until I park and get out of my car. I cannot stress enough how these people run around this car lot looking like a bunch of desperate hungry seagulls. Stupid. Plus the fact that salesmen that were here for years went out with new management makes me think the managers are idiots. Also look at these reviews. Read the reviews from 2012. Wow. What a difference from recent reviews. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
